White + Wine Truffles
The White and Wine Collection includes two of Teuschers white chocolate cream ganache filled truffles. The White truffle is made with white chocolate cream ganache and then coated in white chocolate. The Wine truffle is made with white chocolate cream ganache, enriched with sweet late harvest Sauterne from Southern France and enrobed in dark chocolate.
