The Belle Epoque truffle is filled with dark chocolate ganache, infused with Grand Marnier liquor. White chocolate cream ganache, infused with Bailey's Irish Cream, enrobed in milk chocolate creates the famous Baileys Truffle. Made with sweet late harvest Sauterne dessert wine from Southern France, the wine truffles white chocolate cream ganache is infused and enrobed in dark chocolate. Made using absolutely no chemicals, additives or preservatives.
