Teuscher has created two collections for dark chocolate lovers. Assorted chocolates made with dark cream or butter ganache, infused with various liquors, and garnished with nuts create a deep dark experience. All dark chocolate truffles contain a 55% cocoa content. The Triple Dark truffle is filled with 77% cocoa cream ganache.
